Our mission is to supply a wide variety of high-quality ingredients to the UK and Irish Food Processing industries that are safe, legal & of the specified quality.
This is enshrined in our quality policy, underpinned by our company values and acted out daily to generate a product quality and safety culture that is regularly reviewed to ensure it meets these intentions.
But this isn’t a new way of working for us. We were amongst the first Agents & Brokers to become BRC certified and as soon as audits became graded we achieved AA and have maintained it ever since.
We are also proud to be members of SEDEX as ethical suppliers of data exchange and insist on the same with all our suppliers to provide you with assurance as to the high ethical standards we achieve for ourselves and expect from our suppliers.
We are members of the British Frozen Food Federation and are certified by The Organic Farmers & Growers.
For the 6th Year in a row we have proudly retained our BRC AA grade, with zero non-conformances this year against the new standard V3.
We work hard to continuously improve the technical service we provide by maintaining an open and honest culture of “Lessons Learnt” via regular reviews of our quality targets with all team members and suppliers to ensure we are constantly improving our Quality Management systems and ultimately, the level of service we provide our customers.
