Well balanced, slightly addictive spicy- sweet recipes. We can make hot, or smoky sauces/dressings/marinades adding Asian ingredients to give that twist. Using clean declaration ingredients and recipes. Various Chillies available please ask us for details.

Sweet and tangy ketchups and BBQ sauces are great to use as a marinade, condiment or topping for meet or vegetables. Recipes are bespoke made to order with an MOQ of 250kg.

To a fine, coarse or Gluten Free crumb we add a range of fresh, frozen or dried ingredients to create a full flavoured crumb.
Perfect with fish, poultry, meats or vegetables, used with one of our sauces, glazes or pastes it really finishes a dish.
These are all bespoke made to order and can be supplied chilled or freeze thaw stable MOQ normally 250kg.
