Our marinades and glazes are made to order, UK developed and produced. If you are looking for a sauce to reheat or a marinade or glaze to add towards the end of cooking, we can design a recipe to suit your project requirements.
Sauces add flavour to all meat, fish, vegetable, tofu and fruit dishes. Marinades consist of an acid, an oil and a flavour addition and steeps can add intense depth of flavour to gammon, chicken, beef vegan and vegetarian dishes.
Chilled or freeze thaw stable subject to recipe formulation.
Packaging options: Bulk – 5-10kg pails / Individual sachets from 30g to 250g. MOQ: 250kg.
